Kenneth P Guidroz Jr, better known as KP, began cooking at a very early age down in the bayous just south of New Orleans. Southern Louisiana is very well known for its infamous Cajun seafood boils. Seafood in the area is very abundant due to the easy access of the bayous and Gulf of Mexico. Id say at least 70% of the populations household income comes from those very same waters. Everyone cooks and everyone cooks very well therefore I had no choice but to learn and learn fast. We southerners have created our own unique cooking style like no place else around the world. Using our unique spices and herbs and always fresh seafood I can promise you be begging for more. I’ve taken what i have learned over my last 20 years of cooking out west to LOS ANGELES where I currently reside. I specialize in Cajun seafood boils with the main seafood being crab, shrimp and crawfish all being shipped fresh directly from my hometown of Louisiana. I have done numerous events and parties for friends, family and celebrities. During football season I was a regular at The Brack Shop Tavern in downtown LA. I also regularly host house parties in the Hollywood hills. I bring a wealth of experience and culture rooted deep from my upbringing. My style of cooking is not only unique in its taste but it also has its way of bringing people together in a social setting. So as we say down south, Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler.
